The Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation is giving locals a chance to experience the millionaire life with its new Lotto Max Dream Bars. The ice cream treat comes in four flavours and it is available in select locations across the province.
In order to get the flavours just right for the one-of-a-kind and luxurious ice cream, the Crown corporation and Creamery X have relied on the help of several food scientists from the University of Guelph. The four flavors—Rare Oil Painting, Private Island, Designer Handbag, and Holy Grail Sneaker—are named for things that ordinarily can only be purchased by wealthy.
The Millionaire Flavour is what it is
The Rare Oil Painting flavour has a taste of a modern masterpiece and it combines olive oil, fresh mid-tannins and a bit of oil paint. The Private Island once had the taste of salty, sandy, and fresh Pacific Ocean Konbu seaweed, which was complemented by hints of lychee and orange blossom, giving players a taste of having their own tropical island.
The Designer Handbag tastes like rich leather, as well as smoky notes and a floral hint, which can be seen at designer boutiques, as the name suggests. The Grail Sneaker has a distinct, fresh-out-of-the-box sneaker taste with slight hints of chocolate and some rubber.
The Lotto Max Dream Bars are only available to purchase at pop-ups across Ontario. The lottery fans will be happy to know that every ice cream comes with a free play code. In order to purchase ice cream, Ontarians must be at least 18 years old.
Some of the events that locals can attend include the Port Carling at Muskoka in August, and the Trinity Bellwoods Neighbourhood on August 27, 2022. In September 2022, there will be the Rolling Loud Music Festival at Echo Beach from September 9–11, the King West Neighborhood on September 15–16, and Post Malone’s show at the Scotiabank Arena on September 21.
