According to the SOFT SWISS website, the anti-fraud team in its managed services department has completed a training course provided by a United Kingdom-registered charity that provides information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms.
The training course dealt with social responsibility, communication and motivation of change.
The team’s commitment to work in line with the principles of social responsibility was highlighted in the Friday press release issued by the firm.
The training would help the SOFT SWISS anti-fraud team deal with gambling-related harm, as well as escalate safer gambling issues, the firm stated.
According to Friday’s release, the head of SOFT SWISS managed services said that their team always strives to improve their knowledge and put it into practice right away.
She said that the anti-fraud team learned how to deal with clients’ enquiries on gambling-related issues and risks as well as how to build communication based on people’s behavior on the course.
