Playgon, a Canadian gaming technology provider, has signed a multi-market licensing and distribution agreement. Playgon’s proprietary mobile-first live dealer and E-table products will be adopted and promoted by Pariplay in its content portfolio for its access and distribution to its global partners. License fees are included in the arrangement for two years, depending on commercial revenue sharing rates.
Playgon and its subsidiaries signed a multi-market licensing and distribution agreement with the leading i gaming aggregation, Pariplay. Through this agreement, the Aggregator will add and promote the gaming technology provider’s proprietary live dealer and E-table offerings under the VegasLounge brand to its global client network.
Playgon is a British Columbia-based brand that specializes in providing technology to the iGaming markets. Live Dealer Casino, E-Table games, and Daily Fantasy Sports are some of the features on the platform.

Pursuing expansion in Ontario
Playgon is looking to expand its operations as it has eyed a launch in Ontario. The company has submitted its application to become a licensed brand in the new and regulated market of Ontario. It could take months for the licensing process to be completed.
The iGaming and mobile sports betting market in Ontario is the first of its kind in Canada, and it was launched as a way of eliminating grey market operators. Private companies that are licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario will share a portion of their casino and betting revenue with the province. Some bettors were stopped from pouring millions of dollars into offshore websites.
