The ReelRNG acquisition has been made
In May, LL Lucky Games completed its acquisition of ReelNRG for a purchase price of SEK8.25 million.
Following due diligence, 2.5 million newly issued shares were issued at a price of SEK3.30 per share.
At the time, LL Lucky Games had noted a number of synergies in the form of cross-selling, cost optimisation and the possibility of sharing technology and licences in the future.
