A man was drugged and robbed in a hotel room

Two women forcefully poured a liquid down the throat of a man at a Las Vegas hotel. When he woke up, he found his $60K watch, $1,500 in casino chips, and a credit card had been stolen.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that one of the suspects, Danette Colbert, 45, whose last known address was New Orleans, was booked at the Clark County Detention Center for grand larceny of more than $25,000 and administering a drug to aid in the commission of a felony. There is a previous similar charge pending.

The man remembered that the women were in his room during the night. He was sitting on a chair.

He became dizzy very quickly. The man thought he had been drugged.

He remembers the two women asking for money. They were told to leave by him. Police said the man got into a struggle with the duo after they remained. The two left after a while.

He fell asleep soon after. The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch was one of the items that was stolen the next morning.

He looked at the balance on his credit card. The man found out that charges had been made. He wasn’t able to make them.

The two women were spotted by police when they left the casino on July 9.

They came back to the Encore two days later. That is when police took them into custody. Colbert was identified as one of the suspects.

The man told police that he met the two women at the bar. They were invited back to his room for a drink.

Colbert is accused of cashing the chips at the casino cashier’s cage.

She was released from custody. She will be back in court in August.

It is not clear if the second suspect will be charged.

Colbert was arrested for a theft at the Wynn Las Vegas as Metro cops checked her background. A man and two women were in a bar.

The men and women drank in his hotel room. He told cops that he gave the woman $200 to leave the room because she was acting rude. Police say he also suspects he was drugged.

The two women went back to the Wynn. Colbert denied that she drugged the man. She said the luggage was a present.

Colbert was charged in Las Vegas Justice Court for the incident in January. She is accused of theft with a value of $25,000 or greater and administering a drug to aid in the commission of a felony, according to the Review-Journal. The second woman was not charged with a crime.

In recent months, there have been similar incidents in Las Vegas casinos.
